Aerial hoop for improvers and more experienced students
Class description
Learn a wide variety mounts, dismounts, poses, transitions and drops via weekly sequences. This class is for more experienced hoop students and/or those moving up from the level 2–3 class. You must be able to neatly mount the hoop above head height, have a solid front and back balance, be comfortable with double-point hoop top bar moves, and have good general control when moving on the hoop. Cancellation policy
Bookings are non-refundable. Cancellation with rescheduling (to the same class on a different date) is allowed up to 24 hours before the class start time, for regular weekly classes only. (Rescheduling is not available for workshops/one-off classes, classes/courses booked as blocks, private lessons, photo shoots or open training.)
