Mixed-level silks and rope class split across two instructors
Class description
This mixed-level class is split across two instructors/tiers. Learn a wide variety of climbs, moves, poses and drops, together with mini sequences to show them off. You must have some prior silks and/or rope experience to join this class. In the higher tier, you must be comfortable climbing the silks/rope to height, and in footlock, hiplock and catchers at height. In the lower level, teaching focuses on foundational technique, strength and building confidence. Please arrive ahead of the class, ready to start on time.

Cancellation policy
Bookings are non-refundable. Cancellation with rescheduling (to the same class on a different date) is allowed up to 24 hours before the class start time, for regular weekly classes only. (Rescheduling is not available for workshops/one-off events, classes/courses booked as blocks, private lessons or photo shoots [to a different day].)
