Mixed-level silks and rope class
Class description
This mixed-level class is split across instructors to suit participants. Learn a wide variety of climbs, moves, poses and drops, together with mini sequences to show them off. You must have some prior silks and/or rope experience to join this class. In the higher tier, you must be comfortable climbing the silks/rope to height, and in footlock, hiplock and catchers at height.

Cancellation policy
Bookings are non-refundable. Cancellation with rescheduling (to the same class on a different date) is allowed up to 24 hours before the class start time, for regular weekly classes only. (Rescheduling is not available for workshops/one-off events, classes/courses booked as blocks, private lessons, photo shoots or open training.)
