Class description
Improve your strength and flexibility in this supportive ground-based class suitable for all levels. Expect fun conditioning, stretches and flexy poses you can use to measure your progress and continue to work with in your own time. Greater strength and flexibility will aid your aerial practice and general mobility. This is a mixed-level, ground-based class. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Cancellation policy
Bookings are non-refundable. Cancellation with rescheduling (to the same class on a different date) is allowed up to 24 hours before the class start time, for regular weekly classes only. (Rescheduling is not available for workshops/one-off classes, classes/courses booked as blocks, private lessons, photo shoots or open training.)
